Create a saved search based on 'Duplicate merge failures'
Hello
We are working on an automatic process for merging customers.
After discussion with support, we understood that any failure in the merging will not be notified (only indicated under the Duplicate Resolution Error /Status page)
Over there, I do have the details of the reason the merge failed (for ex: different TAX reg number)
However, I do not find the way to create a saved search based on the duplicate resolution status or a reminder of all the ones that failed.
I also noticed that some results were removed after some time.
Would you please help me understanding how we can keep track on the ones that failed and how we can provide users access to the details ?
