How to create a Saved Search that will return only the PO's that belongs to the user's Department?
Hello!
I am creating a saved search to show purchase orders. The condition I am trying to set is based on the parent department of the user who is running the search.
For example, we have the following structure:
EXECUTIVE : CEO : PARENT DEPARTMENT : CHILD DEPARTMENT
If a person from the Child Department runs the search, he/she should be able to see all the POs belonging to the parent department plus it's sub departments.
I am trying to compare the parent department of the PO with the parent department of the user running the search.
The problem is that User:Department returns a string like
