Disappearing Page Entering Invoice Using a MAC?
We are having issues only using MAC machines when entering an invoice from an Inventory Item.
When we select Create New Invoice from an Inventory Item, and when we enter a customer name in the customer box and then select (click on) a customer, the page completely disappears. This problem does not happen when we use the Create New SO or Create New Cash Sale options, only the Create New Invoice option.
Is anyone else experiencing this and/or have a solution to stop it from happening? We have updated the MACs, cleared cache, etc., but it continues to happen.
