How do I add a custom PDF template to the list of forms on the Print Statements page?
On the Print Statements page, I only have one option for the standard form. How do I get my custom templates on this list?
Here are the Statement templates I have, the standard is not the preferred but I'm not sure how to get my custom template onto the print statements list.
An additional issue might be that I can't make a basic statement template, they need to be multi-currency statement templates as we have the multi currency customer setting enabled. I'm not sure if this makes the template different in a way that causes it not to appear on the print statements page, but I would image it does as the Standard Multi-Currency Statement template is not an option on my Print Statements page.
