I have a weird issue!

I am a Netsuite administrator who is experiencing difficulty resetting a user's password. I am receiving the following error message.

(Only the user can change this password, as this user has access to more than one NetSuite account)

Please note that we have 5 sandboxes available, but another administrator is able to perform this action as well. Thank you for your assistance.
