Restricting the Sales Rep role to his/her own Opp but still have a full/view access of the customers
I want each of my sales representatives to have access to their own opportunities without being able to see other sales representatives' opportunities. However, they should still be able to view customer information.
I made changes to the sales representative role page, setting the employee restriction to "Own & Subordinates only." However, these changes are preventing access to customer data in the system. It only provides customer data for the specific user set as a sales rep.
