Future ship date processing

We pick/pack orders over the weekend and also want to show them SHIP with the Monday's date, so that when FEDX picks up on Monday, everything is already on the pallets ready to go.

When we do this, the FEDX label is still wrong, it reverts back to the pick date.  Example, we pick/pack with a date of 4/7/18, the mode is Next Day Air, we SHIP the order with a future date of 4/10/18.   When we print the Fedx label the date of delivery on the label shows as 4/8/18, not 4/11/18.   Anyone know of a way to do this ?
The fedx driver has to put new labels on each box as the dates are wrong and tracking number is wrong as well.   Time consuming.
