Outbound Email Issue: Persistent Transient Failure: No answer from host
Hello,
We are having issues with one of the emails we normally send to from within NetSuite. It always has this error message show up in the Undelivered emails search:
Persistent Transient Failure: No answer from host
We can send the email directly without issue and we don't have this issue with other emails within NetSuite. Is this something where we can do something on our end, or does the owner of the email address need to do something?
