Partially Fulfilled Order Availability of Inventory

We have issue with a SO with Partially Fulfilled status where the inventory detail does not become available after the Lot Number has been removed.

We are unable to assign Lot number to inventory details as it shows unavailable, while the item is available in stock.

Anyone can suggest how to solve this issue ?
