Cannot Access Web Site Categories Data in Item Saved Search

I have items with Website Categories configured in the Web Site Categories section (see screenshot). These categories are displayed in a grid showing SITE, SITE CATEGORY, PREFERRED CATEGORY, and DESCRIPTION.

When trying to create a saved search to find items based on these categories:

  1. Adding 'Website Categories (Custom)' to the results shows blank values
  2. The data is clearly present in the item records under Web Site Categories

Example of categories in item record:

  • Environmental Civil Supplies : Environmental Supplies
  • Environmental Civil Supplies : Sediment Control : Silt Fencing Supplies

How can I create a saved search that can access and filter by these Website Categories?"
