SCA|MyAccount| Getting error while submitting a new case.

Hi Guys,
Good Morning!

I am having an issue submitting a case in the MyAccount section of aSuiteCommerceAdvance website. The error is -

You have entered an Invalid Field Value -5 for the following field: origin

Here is the screenshot also. Please go through it.

Please guys help me to resolve this issue. Your help and support will be appreciated.
