How to create a Report or Saved Search to show highest balance per Customer?
I have been asked if there is a way to see the highest balance a customer has ever had on their account. We offer terms to our customers so we want to know what was the was the highest balance in the life of the loan. For example, they have a 20k credit limit, but in 10 yrs with our company the highest balance they have ever had was $8,500 balance.
So it isn't based on one transaction, I guess it would show a rolling balance sort of like on a credit card.
