Shipping with Multiple Sites

Hi All,

We're using Netsuite's multisite with two completely different websites with completely different product lines.  One of our sites (the older of the two) serves the postal community and has thus had and will continue to have free shipping on all purchased items.

On our newer site, however, we want to charge for shipping (currently we're mainly drop shipping our items). 

Is there a way to charge for shipping on our newer site while at the same time keep free shipping on our older site?
