Group amortization schedules

Is it possible to group amortization schedules? When a bill has multiple lines but the whole amount needs amortized, how can we make it one schedule? Instead of each line (i.e. Vendor bill is broken out by 3 departmnets. We dont' want 3 prepaid amortization schedules. Just want one.). Thanks
