Persistent Transient Failure: Bad connection
Hello,
When sending emails from NetSuite to a specific address, we get the error "Persistent Transient Failure: Bad connection". We cleared the email address from the Bounced Email Addresses list, but it keeps coming back. I did not see the "Bad connection" error documented in the bounce reasons in SuiteAnswers. The address can send and receive emails normally, it only has issues receiving emails from NetSuite. How can we fix this issue?
