Payroll and HR Menu

In the SuitePeople Payroll Essentials training, the videos continually refer to and show a menu titled "Payroll and HR" in their demo NetSuite environments. We are unable to find this menu but would like it for ease of use. The various functions in there are found in other menu item groups, but having them in one place would be preferable. Is this menu already created and available somewhere?
