Please note that on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 30 minutes. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Cannot contact support
We've been trying for about a week now. When we try to submit a ticket, we get the error, "Case Not Created We're sorry, but a technical issue occurred while submitting your case and we weren't able to preserve your data. Please try resubmitting your case later or if it is urgent, call Support for further assistance." We've tried submitting the ticket from Firefox, Chrome and Edge as well as incognito/private windows. When we call 1-877-NETSUITE, we get a recording that our call cannot be answered at this time and it hangs up on us.
We have an issue and would really appreciate if support would fix the ways to contact them.
