How do I change the Customer Generate Statement PDF?

Hi everyone

I'm looking to run statements for the first time and am having difficulties with the templates.

Firstly, it looks like I can't use an Advanced PDF/HTML Template for customer statement - is that true? I must use a custom PDF layout?

Secondly, assuming we can't go Advanced template, then how would i know where the logo comes from? It is displaying tiny on the page. Is there anything else i'd need to know about the logo?

Lastly, can I change the title on the PDF page to something other than "Statement"? And if so, where would i do that?
