Issue with Uploading Bank Statement

Dear NetSuite Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue I’ve been experiencing with uploading a bank statement to NetSuite since Friday. Despite several attempts using different files, I consistently receive the error message "Failed" (please see the attachment for the error details).

Could you please look into this issue and let me know if there is any further action required on my end to resolve it?Thank you in advance for your support. I look forward to your response.
