SCA|Error encountered while creating an RMA through the SCA website.

I am facing an issue while creating an RMA through the website. The issue is:

Please enter value(s) for: Division, Department, Location

You can also see it in the screenshot below.

Please let me know the solution for this also. It is an urgent issue for me.
