Company Logo shows as URL when sending email template

Hello,

I am working on making email templates and have a couple finished. However I am attempting to add my company logo underneath my signature at the end of each template and when I go ahead and send the email it only shows as a URL.

I am using this line in the email template which is what it says to use in NetSuite help center, but nothing shows.
