WorkFlow to Hide the Delete ACTION on Memorized transactions for NON-Owners

Hi All,
Please advise!
I created a simple WF, which will hide the Delete action on the Memorized transaction Template for Users who didn't make this Template.
So, basically, Users who created memorized Transaction Template don't want anyone else to Delete it.

My issue with WF is that I can't find the correct Condition for !="Created By". It only allows me to set User !=Current, but this is not what I need.
Please help! :)
