No option to choose Credit Card account currency
Hello,
We recently received a new multi-currency credit card. In the past, I had the option to create a new Credit Card account and choose the currency (EUR, GBP, USD, and ILS). There are existing accounts in my COA with multiple cards and currencies.
However, now when I create a new account and select the account type as Credit Card, the currency field is grayed out. I’m trying to understand if something has changed in my system or if this is an update from Oracle. Why can’t I select the currency anymore?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
