Unable to Activate Website from Extension Manager – SSP LIBRARIES ERROR

We are encountering an error while attempting to activate the website from the Extension Manager. The error message displayed is: "SSP LIBRARIES: ERROR."
Due to this issue, we are unable to activate the extension, preventing us from deploying any changes in Theme Development and Extension Development.
