Employee Access to Subsidiaries
We are getting ready to add a new subsidiary (S2) to our account. We only want 4 of our current users to have any access to the S2 subsidiary. So they would be able to see both S1 and S2.
Is it standard practice to create new roles for these users so they can see both subsidiaries? They all currently share a role with other people who will not have access to S2. I don't want to open permissions on the current roles giving access to users who shouldn't have it.
