EMV permission for AR Role

I have installed an EMV payment method related to a terminal connected via Wifi. The administrator role when running an invoice in NetSuite gets the prompt to scan/tap/insert the card and the payment is successful. The AR role gets an error and nothing happens on the terminal.

What permissions does the AR role need to run payment transactions? I have given payment methods, payment instruments, and payment cards. What else do I need to add to ensure credit cards can be processed via terminal?
