Transaction CustCols on orders from Webstore not Sourcing Info

Hi everyone,

Recently setup our webstore and it seems that a lot of the custom line columns aren't sourcing their information.

Here is an example, the product id not being sourced. The first line is from the record as it was created by the webstore, the 2nd line is me adding a copy of the item manually into the SO. As you can see, the Product ID from the webstore is blank, but my manual addition sources the information correctly.

And again, Catalogue Info and Product Segments (Product Segments is from a locked bundle, I don't know if I can fix this the same way you might fix the others)
