What is the purpose of the 'Dunning Notification' check box in contact form ?
Hi
I'm currently working on implementing the NS Dunning Letters module. While setting it up, I noticed a 'Dunning Notification' checkbox in the customer contact form, which I assume was added by the module installation.
I've tried searching Suite Answers for information on this checkbox but haven't found much detail. I have a few questions regarding its functionality:
1. If I check the 'Dunning Notification' checkbox for a contact, will this contact automatically appear under the Dunning > Dunning Recipient subtab?
2. If the answer to the first question is no, will a contact with this checkbox checked still receive dunning emails?
3. What is the intended purpose or meaning of this 'Dunning Notification' checkbox on the customer contact form?
