Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Working Holiday Maker Tax Rates Settings keep reverting back to Unregistered Payer
We are in Australia and have an employee working under a "Working Holiday Maker" Visa. Under the Tax Info/Additional tab she was originally setup with the Tax Option: Unregistered Payer (U). This was incorrect as it withholds 30% tax instead of 15% tax.
I have edited the Tax Option to be Registered Payer (R.) which then correctly changes the Employee Tax Scale to: Working Holiday Maker (WHM-REG). I save this change and close out of her file and go back in to check it's still there which it is.
However, when I start a new pay run, it reverts back to the Unregistered Payer tax option and withholds 30% tax again. In the System Notes tab, it shows the settings have been changed back by "Script (Suitelet)".
