Does NetSuite have a check form where the actual check is printed in the middle and not the top?

Hello!

Our current check stock has the actual check in the middle section. The only check forms available in NetSuite right now have the check printing at the top section. I tried editing the Advanced PDF/HTML Template for Check and it is not "easy" to move fields around. Is there an easy way to edit the form to make it align with our current check stock? Or is there a different template that can be added?

Additionally, our check stock is blank and I want to add our company logo and bank details onto the form to be printed at time of check run. Is this possible? I can't see to find how to add our logo and place new text exactly where I want it to be on the check form.
