CDN Caching

Hi There

This was received from NetSuite:

I am unclear on why this was received and how the account is affected?

Are Suitecommerce websites the only ones affected? (this NetSuite account does not have Suitecommerce)

Or would accounts with Suiteanalytics connect also be affected?

I have looked at the SuiteAnswers linked in the email though they don't shed any more light on where CDN caching is used.
