URGENT - SCA - When signing up to the webstore as a lead, is it not possible to not Give Access?
Morning all, we're under attack at the moment.
Having issues this morning in that someone keeps creating new lead accounts and using them to create cases and spam our invoicing department.
At the moment, I'm trying to change it so that on create via web a lead is not given access, but my workflow isn't working. Have I done something wrong or is Give Access not changeable, does a lead HAVE to have access when creating an account on the webstore? I have taken the create permission of cases off of the Customer Center Role. But I would prefer to take away their access all together.
