Issue with User Access Reset – Error Message
Hello,
When I try to reset a user’s access in NetSuite, I receive the following message:
I am an Administrator, but I still receive this error.
"You cannot perform the actions you selected for this user. Possible reasons include: you entered an invalid email address, you do not have adequate permission, or you are not an administrator in all the accounts to which this user has access."
Has anyone else faced this issue? What could be the possible reasons and how can I resolve it?
