Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Combine FAM records after depreciation has started?
Hello all Experts!
We are almost 2 years into our NetSuite experience but still feel like we turned it on yesterday. FAM is our struggle monster today and I am looking to those wiser than I.
When we imported our fixed assets into FAM we were not aware of the FAM journal entry process at asset disposal; 1 FAM asset = 1 FAM journal entry. Previously we maintained assets in a spreadsheet so when several items were disposed of it was a simple highlight/delete then a massive journal entry to remove from the GL accounts.
NOW - in FAM - we have a FAM journal entry for each FAM asset disposal, while logical this is causing distress. Reviewing and confirming the entries are correct is time consuming for our managers and confusing.
