Add "View Options" Button to Matrix Items in Product Feed

Is there a way to add a button for matrix items in the product feed (not single listings) that's similar to the "add to cart" button but says something like "view options?" We'd like to keep the add to cart, but it looks wonky with only some of the items having that button. This would be in the product feed (like when you click Products/Shop and view the grid of products)
