Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Is a different template used when printing an Outsourced Purchase Order?
I have my purchase order PDF template customized, but when printing a Purchase Order that has been created by a Work Order for outsourced manufacturing it appears to use a completely different template, is this right?
I don't know which template is being used or how to customize it. Anyone know which this might be?
I can tell that a different form is being used as underlined when I go to customize the form.
But neither of the two arrowed templates are what are being used.
My usual templates both look like this.
But printing using the same button from a Work Order created PO gives me this template. If I again look at the arrowed templates, neither of them contain any mention of the columns used in this printed document.
