Is there a way to give a user with Sales Manager Role access to customers not assigned to them?
We created a Sales Managers Role with the Center Type Sales Center for our sales team. They only have access to the data for the customers they are assigned to. Some sales managers need access to their whole region (we use Region Custom field). How can we do that? We cannot make the other sales people their subordinates and we can't give them access to all customers.
