Adding new custom filed in subscription line level
Dear SuiteBilling experts
I am trying to fulfill a customer request to add two new custom fields to the subscription line level but am running into an issue.
I created a new custom field under Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Other Record Fields.
I selected 'Subscription Line' in the 'Record Type' dropdown and checked the 'Store Value' box, then saved the field. (see attached file).
However, when I go to the Subscription Customization Form and navigate to the Fields/Sublists/Sublist Fields section, the new custom field does not appear, nor am I able to add it manually.
Could you kindly advise me on what I may be doing wrong in the process of adding this custom field to the subscription line?
