Accounting issues after GL audit numbering

Hello,

I have discrepancies between my system (Netsuite) and my external accountant software for FY2024
I would have to match the numbers and balances my accountant has.

Can I make a journal entry to change the balances for FY2024 even though I have already made GL numbering etc ?
