EFT Payment Notification

Question: Are the bill credits exposed on the EFT Payment Notification (Standard Vendor Payment.xml)? I tried a couple of things already but I cannot seem to pull the credits applied in a bill payment to be printed on the notification being sent. It only prints the Applied To Bill not Bill Credit.
