Base currency adjustment

Hello team,

i am trying to trigger a base currency adjustment because i do not want my currency revaluation to be reversed in the next period.

I have created an eliminating JE to ensure the foreign currency balance is 0 in the account and ensured there was no previous revaluation in the period under question.

but still a regular currency revaluation is triggered when i run the currency revaluation for the period

please this is critical
