Urgent: Locked out of NetSuite – 2FA Verification Code and Backup Codes not working
Hi NetSuite Gurus,
I am posting this to request assistance with a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) login issue. I am currently unable to access my account.
Problem Summary:
- The Issue: I keep receiving the error message: "Incorrect or Expired Verification Code" when entering the 6-digit code from my Authenticator App.
- Troubleshooting performed: I have already ensured that my device time (iPad and PC) is synced to (UTC+07:00) Bangkok and set to "Automatic."
- Backup Codes: I also tried using my Backup Codes to bypass the app, but they are also being rejected by the system.
I have tried every possible troubleshooting step, but the issue persists.
