No email notification using suite approval

Hi NS Expert,

I have question regarding suite approval, we using suite approval and already setup rule for Vendor Bill approval, with email we expected approve and reject without open the system, but sometime it's won't work and there is no email notification, I need to reset setup and it's work again, my question is how we resubmit approval ? with condition already done for first submit and approver didn't get email notification. appreciate your help. Thank you
