Hi Kelly, Use the following in the template where you add the link for the online form: <a href="xxxx?yyyyy=<%=getCurrentAttribute('customer','internalid','Guest')%>">....</a> Where xxxx is the URL for your online form and yyyy is the customer field id in your custom record Great!! Thanks!

If you are doing a custom transaction search the field you are looking for is called 'Tax Item'.

What version of Netsuite do you have? It looks like you can filter and search on it in v2009.

We had a similar issue and it turned out it was because they Global Subscription Status was set to 'opt-out'.

You can replace a sales rep with a Mass Update. I have recently done that for a sales rep that left and I had to assign another sales rep to those accounts.

We have some users in Houston experiencing this issue as well today. They said it's very slow for them and they have to constantly close and re-open browser to resolve issue.

Just called, they are trying to find out what is causing the issue, but apparently they are having issues with Netsuite as well. They were not able to give me a case # since they couldn't access it.

That's how we track our software licenses. We created a custom record named "License" and on that record we have fields for shipped version and current version (this is used to track ugrades), expiration date, etc. The Expiration date is what we use to track if the license is under maintenance.
