urn:core_2014_2.platform.webservices.netsuite.com ----- generally the issue is seems to be with WSDL version. Just check the version of WSDL you have used in code and xsd version. You may get the solution.

Hello Durgesh, your certificate chain should follow the standards as per NetSuite else you will get this error and this chain is similar to Microsoft. You can find this information in suite answers. I hope it may helpful.
