I'm also interested in finding out what the status of these changes are.

The start date for the statement is prior to the statement date. I ran an experiment just now and it seems that the included transactions for statements have gone from inclusive of both the statement date and the start date, to inclusive of the start date and exclusive of the statement date. Example: Start date: 2008-01-01…

Today, this problem appears to be fixed. Thanks!

According to: http://www.coworkforce.com/UIT/UI_Tax_FAQ.asp#beginning%20rate The unemployment insurance (UI) tax rate is made up of a base tax rate, an annually computed surtax rate, and a solvency tax surcharge rate. For calendar year 2007, the beginning base tax rate is 0.0170, the surtax rate is 0.0022, and the solvency…

I'd have to see your data to say for sure, but it looks like instead of the numeric value of the part number, the field has a string with the value "ERROR..." instead. I use OpenOffice.org all the tine with NS, and have no problems with importing csv values.

What I do to make an electronic payment, such as EFTPS, is to create a check to print, then go to the ledger, and edit the check to clear the 'to print' and modify the check number to be something like EFTPSyyyymmdd.n I also add a memo 'Paid by EFTPS'. That way my check register is correct, but it's obvious that it isn't a…

I'm very interested in seeing replies to this. I've been trying to think of a way to create KPIs which are based on financial ratios like Quick Ratio and Current Ratio, and haven't been able to figure out how.

I am also seeing this problem today 2009-04-16 https://checkout.netsuite.com/app/center/nlvisitor.nl?c=ACCT139491&sc=6%22&ck=QiMkhFk1Ae04f09m&vid=QiMkhNMSAdgfueNo&cktime=79160&cart=10449 Has something changed on NS's side? I haven't changed anything.

The url in question contains a double quote character ", which is often considered an unsafe character. Perhaps a change in the code that escapes the url strings?
-
If I remove the double quote, the url succeeds without error.

I'd also like to find out how to do this. Thanks! efmns

The only time I need or want to see the full credit card number as administrator is when I'm issuing a credit. Are you sure you NEED to see the full number? As soon as you start pulling full credit card numbers out through web services, you've got another set of data you need to protect. just a thought

Cool, thanks for the tip.

I've been using Firefox 3 RC1 on Ubuntu Hardy for around a week now, and haven't noticed anything, but then I wasn't expecting to have any issues.
-
How does one remove the box from the check stub? There isn't any interface for adjusting the check stub portion of the check. efmns

It doesn't matter which knowledge base item I click on. It fails the same way. I'm using Firefox 4.0.1

The pdf filename for customer statements email attachments has changed from Statement 8_2_2010.pdf to Statement 11/17/2010.pdf The underscores worked well for Windows, Mac and Linux file systems, as they were not interpreted as directory separators. "/" is the separator on Linux "\" is the one on Windows. I don't know why…

This morning my invoices went out with an email address of no-one, not billing. I verified that the company return address was selected, and was billing. I have no idea where the 'no-one' is coming from. Issue 189497 sounds like it.
-
The from address issue with invoices is fixed for me now.
-
The last I heard the issue: Status changed from Testing/Pending Release to Open - Work In Progress So, I'm optimistic a fix should be in place soon.

To follow up on this (yes, i'm still having this problem), it appears to be a problem in shopping.netsuite.com During the rollout to 2009.1 last weekend an error was introduced on shopping.netsuite.com which was not introduced on www.netsuite.com It's been identified as Defect 161946 - Webstore>Customer Center>Make…

To clarify, the error message is different that this. It's in a javascript popup which doesn't stay open long enough for my customer to read. It happens so quickly it doesn't have time to involve Netsuite's server or the payment processor. Is anyone else seeing this?
-
For the first time, I'm seeing the error reported in this thread. As I had a report of a problem on Sunday, I thought it might be related to the 2009.1 updated. The error in Netsuite is: Unfortunately the credit card charge transaction failed. (TEST MODE) Company: xxxxxxxxxx Amount: xxxxx Reason: An error occurred while…

As of now, status.netsuite.com is showing 2 day old data.

This is an Access/ODBC/SQL error message. I suggest double checking the SQL you are using to insert.

And now it's fine. Oh, well.

The optimum solution would be a database dump, including table definitions and stored procedures. This would get all of the data, the formats, the relationships and the rules out. This would allow me to fully test my disaster recovery process. 1. For what primary purpose do you want to export data? Disaster recovery,…

I wanted to help work on a perl script for accessing NS, and was not interested in using my live account for this. I was very surprised at the cost for a sandbox account.
