We are unable to save any sales orders. All we get is "An unexpected error ...". Wonderful -- can't save time, can't do payroll, can't process orders. I'm really glad NetSuite did a fix this weekend!

I just completed putting in our adjustments using the inventory adjustment worksheet. I probably had about 50 adjustments over 10 pages. I entered them all in one transaction but went in order. It saved only the last page. I thought this was fixed???

Thanks, Evan. Is NetSuite willing to share the results of that study? There may be something helpful for us to use in our audit.

Our problem is that we are in the middle of a sales tax audit by the State of Wisconsin, and the auditor is saying that the amount of the contract with NetSuite is subject to sales tax, but NetSuite did not charge sales tax, and we did not self assess. My understanding is that because NetSuite does not have nexus in Wisconsin, they did not have to charge us sales tax. The auditor has said we should have self assessed the tax, or paid use tax on the amount we paid NetSuite. Now we are being assessed the tax as well as interest and penalties. There must be other users out…
