Welcome to the "NetSuite World"... BTW, is appears once you've been upgraded to V11.0.6, you will lose the handy little tool that shows the stats of a page load... It now only shows the user and the client time...

We are down too...no website...no login...can't help our customers...I didn't have this much problem running M.O.M. in a business 1000x larger. I'm a one man show...my time is priceless!

Run the back order report and you will find the "closed" items showing as backorders... Right now, I don't really know how to handle this. I want the items ordered to show on sales orders, but if the customer decides to cancel and item, I would like to close the line item.

We don't have many declined sales orders but whenever we save a sales order and then edit it to process the credit card, the CSC code is missing... How do you handle that?
