Has anyone heard anything on this issue? It's quite annoying.

We now have to zoom down to about a 4-6 font to see all of our Income Statement or Balance Sheet. Or, hit print, in order to see the bottom line. It will not scroll all the way down unless we do one of these two workarounds. The new upgrade has become an extreme nuisance for the amount of money we pay.

I'm really surprised more people haven't complained about this. We don't use any scripts and, like you, we did not make any changes. It seemed to happen after the most recent NS update.

We posted case # 954912. I also sent NS play-by-play screen shots of what is happening. If anyone else is using price schedules you might want to look at the pricing closely when you edit it. Otherwise you won't notice it doesn't calculate correctly. Here's to another upgrade...

Really? You appear bug free?? So far we have two MAJOR issues. Unable to send emails out of NS. And unable to process drop ship orders. And I have this funny feeling there are more to come.....

We have posted a fix on the issue to allow users to edit the quantity on the Sales Order and the Purchase Order. We are also unable to fullfill any drop shipments as of this morning. Here is the error message: [missing resource APP_ALERT_DIFFERENT_DROP_SHIP_QUANTITY_FULFILLMENT_MSG] It will not let us click to fulfill ANY drop ship orders. This needs to be fixed by month end!

We are now having this same issue. Any new 'ship to' address entered creates an error in the shipping department. We enabled the Show Country Field at setup. However now when we choose United States, it will clear out the city and state from the address. Very annoying. I loathe upgrades.

I submitted a request online for a case #. Generally I receive an email immediately with the information, today I haven't. I'm assuming this has to do with the email issue mentioned above. Just a note, our email system is working fine. Only when we send out of NS do the emails not go through.

We are having the same problem today. None of our quotes are going through to customers. I have sent "tests" to myself and they are not working.

We are having the same issues as Staci. We submitted case # 697896 yesterday. Just a side note, we had this same exact problem last year but they were unable to duplicate the problem. Glad, but sorry, to know that it's not just us.
