  • We've turned collecting sales tax off for a single state by going to Setup -> Accounting -> Tax Codes and then making inactive the state we want to stop collecting tax for. To turn collection back on we make that state active again. I hope that works for you. - Robin

  • Latif - Try going to your dashboard and clicking on "Set preferences", and then go to the Reporting/Search tab. In the Reporting section, what is the "Report by Period" field set to?
